Having trouble logging in?   Below are some solutions to common login issues:

1. You need a username and password from the site administrators

In order to protect the content within our site, the PPRBC Council has decided to restrict access to only those whom we know.  We welcome members, regular attendees, group participants, former members or even friends of members or regular attendees. 

Solution: 

Simply email the site administrators at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and we'll respond within 24 hours giving your username and password.  We will sign you up to the Prayer Center as well.  You can always unsubscribe from this list by going to the Prayer Center in the 'Living' section.  Please note: only one username is permitted with each email address.   

2. You forgot your password

We all forget our passwords from time to time.  Site administrators do not know your passwords because, for the sake of privacy, we are not permitted to view them.  

Solution:

Click 'Forgot Password?' at the bottom of the column on the left side of the page.  This will allow you to change your password and you'll be able to login again.

3. Your web browser may be blocking access 

Some of you who use AOL or MSN as your browser to log on are getting error messages and NOT being able to get on to the site.  All computers come equipped with a Windows Internet browser when just purchased.  When you sign up to an AOL or MSN account, these companies become "possessive" of your computer and replace the computer’s original Windows browser with one of their own.  Whether it is for security or any other reason, at the moment, the AOL or MSN browser will not let you sign on to the church’s WEB site.

Solution:

You must get yourself a free, most reliable and safer browser.  We recommend you going to the following site:  www.mozilla.com.  There you will be encouraged to download the FREE FIREFOX browser.  Follow the easy installation wizard which will result in you having on your desktop the Mozilla Firefox icon which, upon clicking it, will take you to the internet.  There, on the top, you can type in the WEB site address – www.pprbcym.org.  You are now set to sign in to the WEB site with the name and password previously assigned to you.  If you have any questions about that (and after you have downloaded the FIREFOX browser), please don't hesitate to contact the administrators at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .
