M.O.M.S & TOTS (Mothers' Outreach Ministry)
Provides opportunities for sharing feelings, hearing speakers and having discussions from a Biblical perspective. Mothers enjoy talks, crafts and refreshments. Tots (pre-school) enjoy Bible stories, music, play and crafts. Nursery is also provided. Meetings are held every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month at 9:30-11:30 AM. Join us!
WOMEN'S MORNING BIBLE STUDY
Welcome to all women every 2nd and 4th Thursday morning 10:00-11:30 AM for a study of God's Word geared toward growing as Godly women and fostering Christian friendships.
LADIES FRIENDSHIP CIRCLE
Offers an interesting evening studying various topics in the Bible with women of all ages. Come and enjoy good conversation, Bible study, refreshments and Fellowship on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays (September through June) from 7:30 to 9:30 PM.
ON EAGLES' WINGS
This Ministry for women provides opportunities for Bible study, Fellowship, discussion and mutual support while covering a wide range of practical life-related topics and Biblical themes. ON EAGLES" WINGS meets in several week "mini-series" on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday evening of each month from 7 - 9 PM in the main meeting room of the Ministry center. Join us!
CHURCH LIBRARY
Consistent with our church's mission "to disciple you where Christ wants you to be," our Library serves as a resource to all of the Church's ministries. With over 1600 volumes, it boasts solid information for all ages. It also has a large section of Christian fiction. The video section likewise provides good entertainment and sound instruction. THE SENIOR CIRCLE
A Bible study and Fellowship group for members and friends of the congregation who are 55 years of age and older. We meet several times each year on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 1:15 to 3 PM. Our times together include singing, refreshments, Bible study and prayer as well as an occasional outing such as a Fall Color Tour. New "members" are always welcome.
MEN'S BIBLE STUDY BREAKFAST
Meets Wednesday mornings at 6:45 AM at Miranda's Restaurant on Route 23 North in Wayne, New Jersey. Join us for good food and warm fellowship!
HOUSEHOLDS
Meets several times each year on various evenings from 8-9:30 PM. The small group Bible studies meet in various homes throughout our area after the model of the early Church and provide us all with a wonderful opportunity for physical and spiritual refreshment and for mutual encouragement of one another. Our households welcome you!
ADULT FELLOWSHIP/YOUNG COUPLES CLUB
Meets as scheduled and provides an opportunity for fun, fellowship and perhaps the meeting of new friends! Ministry meetings may include bowling, Christian movies, dinners out and other fun activities. We hope to see you there!
SUNDAY SCHOOL
Open for everyone from ages three years old to adults! Classes meet on Sunday mornings (September through June) from 9:40 - 10:40 AM and cover everything from basic Bible stories to special electives dealing with various personal, theological and family issues.
MUSIC MINISTRY
Geared toward providing special music to glorify God through choir anthems and special music programs, as well as through the musical talents of our members and guests. Choir rehearses on Sundays at 4:30 PM.
JUNIOR HIGH YOUTH GROUP
Meets 2nd and 4th Wednesdays from 7:30 to 9pm in the Fellowship Hall. We welcome all 6th through 8th grade students to our meetings and events. Meetings consist of games, food, and the study of God's Word. Fun activities and events take place a few times each year.
SENIOR HIGH YOUTH GROUP
Meets 1st and 3rd Wednesdays from 7:30 to 9:00 PM in the Ministry Center. We enjoy activities and events, afterglow (fellowship and sermon discussion), winter retreats, and the Reformed Youth Services National Youth Convention each summer. The Lord willing we will incorporate service projects and mission trips in the near future.
TAPE MINISTRY
Maintained in order to provide tapes of the sermons for shut-ins, travelers, etc. Tapes are available for loan or donation from our tape library located in the Fellowship Hall. Our WEB site also serves as a valuable resource for sermons.
COLLEGE and CAREER
Meets year round on Thursday nights at 7:30 at the Weaver house in Kinnelon. The 1st and 3rd Thursdays are Bible study and fellowship, the 2nd Thursday is planning and fellowship, and the 4th (and sometimes 5th) Thursday is reserved for events and service projects. Each August we welcome recent high school grads to our fellowship of unmarried young adults ages eighteen to thirty years old. We attend the annual Reformed Youth Services Logos summer conference and host our own winter retreat each year.
WORSHIP SERVICE
Our worship services are held each Sunday at 8:15 AM and 11:05 AM (8:45 and 11:05 AM during July and August) and 6:00 PM. At all services the preaching of God's Word is central, and we invite you to join us at these and other specially scheduled times throughout the year (Thanksgiving, New Year's, Good Friday, etc.) as we worship God and enjoy the Fellowship of His family!
NURSERY
Our nursery is divided into various sections for the care and well-being of children from their birth through their 3rd birthday. The nursery is clean and well equipped to keep children occupied throughout all services, and is staffed by many volunteers from the congregation.
G.E.M.S
A Ministry for girls ages seven to 12. We meet twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Friday at 7 - 9 PM. and have Bible lessons, crafts, games and merit badge work. This is an enjoyable time of Fellowship as we learn about loving God and serving others.
CADETS
A Ministry for boys ages 7 - 12. We meet twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Friday at 7:00 to 9:00 PM and enjoy such things as learning camping skills merit badges, Bible lessons, games and outdoor activities such as our annual snow Derby and other special events.
